Natalie Ozel

Natalie Ozel is the Head of Human Resources at EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology. With a background in human resources management and administration, Natalie has extensive experience in building effective organizational structures, recruitment, employee development, and ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies. Natalie also has experience in the travel industry as a Travel Consultant for different companies. Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the International Management Institute and a Master's degree in Linguistics from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
