Andrew Williams

Andrew Williams is the Director at Science In Space and has been serving as the External Relations Executive in the Office of the Director General at the European Southern Observatory. Andrew is closely involved in coordinating ESO's strategy in external and government relations, representing ESO on various boards and working groups within the astronomy community. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Old Dominion University and an MSc in Theoretical Physics from The University of Manchester. Andrew's expertise and experience span across various international organizations and research institutions within the space and astronomy sectors.
