Rob Out Empm

Rob Out EMPM is a seasoned expert in countering radicalization and terrorism with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Work Package Leader for the EU project GEMS, Rob focuses on radicalization in online gaming, utilizing AI for early detection and training. Concurrently, Rob leads the Department of Police Research at AgSKK and holds positions as an Associate Fellow at ICCT and Subject Matter Expert at CEPOL, specializing in anti-radicalization and community outreach. Rob has also contributed as a consultant for the OSCE, an independent expert with the RAN Center of Excellence, and participated in several EU projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing law enforcement capabilities and public safety. With an academic background in National Security Policy Studies and Police Management, Rob holds various degrees and certificates relevant to law enforcement and counter-terrorism.
