Krištof Horvat

Head of Marketing at Eurosender

Krištof Horvat started their work experience in 2015 as a Co-Founder of Zoic Ltd, a company specializing in selling protein bars made from insects. Krištof played a key role in the startup team, which won a prize of 10. In 2017, they joined Trilogic d.o.o as a Project Manager, where they developed a full business plan and secured investment from the Slovene Enterprise Fund. Krištof worked on the organizational and strategy aspects of the business until 2019. In 2019, Krištof became a Market Analyst at Better Origin, focusing on converting food waste into valuable products using insects. In 2020, they joined Eurosender as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Head of Marketing. Currently, Krištof is a PHD Researcher at the University of Luxembourg.

Krištof Horvat holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics. Krištof also obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from Mannheim Business School. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics. Furthermore, Krištof Horvat obtained the EIT RIS Fellowships certification from the EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology in June 2019.
