Carolina Romanella has a diverse work experience in the digital advertising industry. Carolina started their career at Improve Media Network in 2013 as an Account Manager, where they implemented and optimized various online advertising campaigns. In 2016, they joined AdColony as an Account Specialist, managing branding, performance, and programmatic campaigns. Carolina then worked at Justmob as a Performance Analyst before moving to Entravision Digital in 2018. At Entravision Digital, they initially served as a Digital Campaign Performance Strategist, focusing on branding campaigns for US companies. Carolina later took on the role of US National Operations Team Leader, responsible for leading the operations team for Tier 1 and national US campaigns. In 2021, Carolina joined trivago as the Head of Ad Operations, where they created new processes and strategies to increase efficiency and collaborated closely with different stakeholders. Carolina then worked at Publicis Media as an Activation Manager Programmatic, specializing in platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads. Currently, they are working at Eurowings Digital as a Performance Marketing Manager.

Carolina Romanella completed their education at Universidad Kennedy from 2006 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Advertising. Carolina also attended Escuela de Fotografía Andy Goldstein from 2009 to 2013, where they completed a course in Photography. Additionally, Carolina attended San Ladislao for an unspecified period, studying Communication, Art, and Design.

Carolina has also obtained several certifications. Carolina also obtained a "Display & Video 360 Certification" from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in 2022. Prior to that, in 2020, they earned an "Advanced Google Analytics" certification from Google and a "Google Analytics for beginners" certification from the same institution.
