Daniel Bryant has worked in a variety of roles across multiple industries. Starting in 2011, they served as an Environmental Coordinator at Patagonia where they were promoted multiple times due to their service-oriented personality and strong customer service skills. In 2013, they worked as a Researcher at the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation, where they developed a sustainable urban farming business plan for local Scottish investors. In 2014, they were an Intern in Renewable Energy Management at Rhein Main Deponie GmbH Landfill Park, Biogas Division, where they collaborated with a diverse group of engineers and senior management. In 2015, they were a Field Service Coordinator, EMEA at Hologic, Inc., coordinating international field service activity, specializing in the UK and Nordics. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Energy Advisor at Tesla, responsible for leading all solar energy and battery storage projects in the Los Angeles Area. From 2018 to 2020, they held various roles at EV Connect, including Senior Director of Customer Operations, Director of Customer Experience, Customer Experience Manager, and Project Coordinator. In 2020, they also became an Advisory Board Member at UCSB Extension and a Board Member at South Bay Workforce Investment Board.

Daniel Bryant attended St. Francis High School from 2003 to 2007 and obtained a High School Diploma. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2012 and 2013, they attended The University of Edinburgh and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Sustainability.
