Julie Bertolus

Julie Bertolus has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they have worked as the Head of Refugee Housing Placement / Responsable Pôle Placement at EVAM since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Marketing at Olympe.io from 2021 to 2022.

Julie also has extensive experience with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Julie started as a Procurement Manager, Airport & Air Navigation Charges in 2007 and held the role until 2011. In this position, they successfully negotiated cost savings for member airlines and developed a benchmarking tool to save on airport fees. In 2013, Julie returned to IATA as a Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager, where they developed and executed global marketing strategies and led cross-functional teams. Julie stayed in this role until 2021.

In addition, Julie worked as the Director of Strategy & Business Development (pro bono) at CashSentinel from 2013 to 2015. Julie was involved in various tasks such as creating a business plan, performing industry research, and presenting to investors.

Earlier in their career, Julie was an Experienced Associate at L.E.K. Consulting from 2005 to 2006, where they contributed to strategic business plans and conducted market analysis. Julie also worked as a Business Analyst at CellExchange, Inc. in 2004 and as a Lexicographer at Systran Software from 2002 to 2003.

Julie Bertolus has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IMD. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Computer Science from Harvard University. Julie also holds additional certifications, including Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute (obtained in July 2020) and a Diploma in Project Management from the International Air Transport Association (obtained in June 2015).
