Florence Rivat

Florence RIVAT has extensive work experience in the legal field. Florence most recently worked as the Head of Legal at Evaneos since December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal at Mirakl from December 2018 to December 2019. From 2009 to 2018, Florence worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Sisley Paris where they handled various legal projects, including international project management, implementation of e-commerce sites, logistics reorganization, and distribution network management. Florence also provided daily support to the operational teams, negotiated contracts, managed disputes, and advised on corporate law matters. Before joining Sisley Paris, Florence worked as a Legal Counsel at Rexel, Quick, Danone Waters, and Look Voyages, where they gained experience in industry-commerce relations, lobbying, and various legal counsel responsibilities.

Florence RIVAT's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and obtained a Maîtrise degree in Droit des affaires et fiscalité from 1995 to 2000. In 2000, they pursued further studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and earned a D.E.A in Droit comparé (droit de la concurrence) from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, they completed a CEJI degree in Droit Européen et Droit International from 1995 to 2000 at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. In 2017 and 2018, Florence RIVAT attended Institut catholique de Paris, where they completed DU 1 MEDIATEUR and DU 2 MEDIATEUR degrees, respectively.
