Nicole Plota

Nicole Plota currently serves as a Beraterin Digitalisierung at the Evangelische Kirche von Westfalen and the Landeskirchenamt, focusing on the implementation of the HR software LogaHR and guiding digital transformation efforts. Prior to these roles, Nicole worked in various capacities including Digitalisierung Management at KARAE, and as a medical assistant and compliance staff at multiple healthcare organizations. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Business Consulting & Digital Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Gesundheits- und Sozialmanagement from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule.
