Evgenii Bubeev has a diverse work experience in various companies. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Product Development Engineer at LG Electronics for a short period. In 2011, they joined Renault as a Component Localization Engineer, where they managed projects, coordinated work groups, and ensured quality control. During their time at Renault, they achieved authorized product approval for multiple parts and successfully resolved supplier quality issues.

In 2013, Evgenii moved to Ford Motor Company as a Supplier Quality Development Engineer. In this role, they supported sourcing for quality, drove quality awards attainment, and provided on-site support for flawless program launches. Additionally, they managed the APQP/PPAP process and handled risk management for suppliers.

In 2017, Evgenii joined Philips as a New Product Introduction Lead (NPI), where they managed end-to-end industrialization projects for in-house and outsourced manufacturing. Evgenii was responsible for approving the release of purchased parts and finished goods, ensuring quality systems were in place, identifying and addressing gaps in supplier capabilities, and overseeing NPI projects until design transfer phase.

From 2019 to 2021, Evgenii worked at Dott as a Quality Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards. Evgenii then joined EVBox in 2021 as a NPI Project Manager before transitioning to the role of Customer Excellence Specialist in November 2022.

Throughout their career, Evgenii has consistently demonstrated their ability to manage projects, drive quality improvement, and ensure seamless product launches.

Evgenii Bubeev obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, specializing in Machinery and technologies of high-efficient materials treatment, from Don State Technical University. Evgenii attended this university from 2004 to 2009.

In 2010, they pursued an Associate's degree in Engineering, specifically in the Faculty of Electronics and Info-Communication, at Yeungjin College. Evgenii completed this degree in 2011.

In 2013, Evgenii furthered their education by attending the Ford Motor Company's Corporate Quality Development Center. Here, they focused on Quality Control, Diagnostics Instrumentation, and Methods. Evgenii completed this program in 2014.

Evgenii also participated in a non-degree Summer school program at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO in 2010. The program focused on Business and Innovation.

Additionally, Evgenii has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they completed a 16-hour course on Efficient Human Management offered by the adidas Group. In 2011, they obtained a Korean Language Proficiency certificate at the TOPIC level 2 from the National Institute for International Education in South Korea. In 2013, they received training in Quality Control and Diagnostics methods at the Ford Corporate Quality Development Center. In 2017, they obtained the Prince2 Certification in Project Management from APMG International. Finally, in 2021, they completed a course in Project Management (Initiating and Planning Projects) offered by the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education through Coursera.
