Marcio Balista Junior

Marcio Balista Junior has extensive experience in certification and compliance engineering for telecommunication and electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE). Marcio started their career in 2008 at NCC Certificações do Brasil, working as a Certification Engineer responsible for presales and ensuring regulatory compliance for telecommunication products. Marcio then joined Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services in 2015 as a Certification Engineer, where they continued their work in presales and regulatory compliance for telecommunication products, while also managing the technical requirements area. Since 2019, Marcio has been working at EVBox as a Senior Certification and Compliance Engineer, specializing in safety, EMC, and radio certifications for EVSE products. Their responsibilities include ensuring compliance with standards such as UL 2594, IEC 61851, FCC, CE, RED, among others.

From 2006 to 2010, Marcio Balista Junior attended Universidade Paulista, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
