Steve Davies

Steve Davies is the current Chief Operating Officer at Eve Sleep. Prior to their current role, Steve served as the Head of European Product Performance at Wayfair from August 2014 to August 2018. In this role, Steve was responsible for setting the strategy and managing the ongoing work of the Product Performance Team at Wayfair. The Product Performance Team is responsible for optimizing the operational capabilities of Wayfair's 3000+ supplier portfolio, ensuring the quality, safety, compliance and packaging of over 1.5 million products. Steve was also a member of Wayfair's European Operations Leadership Team.

Prior to their time at Wayfair, Steve worked as a Supply Chain Management Consultant at Atos Consulting from March 2014 to August 2014. During their time at Atos Consulting, Steve worked on developing an asset management proof of concept for Network Rail, GB market penetration plan for a national utilities business, bid development for a number of RFPs, contributing to a new supply chain go-to-market proposition, and review of the Department of Health’s customer experience.

Steve Davies attended the University of Bath, where they studied Politics with International Relations. Steve then attended Sir John Deane's College, where they studied A Level Government and Politics, Theirtory, Geography, General Studies, English Lit. Finally, they attended Hartford High School, where they studied GCSE.

They work with Tim Parfitt - CFO, Director, Ciaran Rooney - General Counsel, and Charles Digby-Smith - Managing Director, Growth Lead. Steve Davies reports to Cheryl Calverley, CEO, Director.
