Luci Pimëntel

Luci Pimëntel has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Luci is currently working at Even3 as Head de Pessoas e Cultura, where they are responsible for developing people management strategies aligned with the company's goals. Luci leads the People department and implements practices and policies to create a structured and productive work environment. Luci also focuses on talent attraction and retention, remuneration and benefits planning, and professional development programs. Prior to Even3, they worked at CERS Cursos Online as an SR HR Business Partner and Consultant, where they aligned the business areas with the Human Capital department and was responsible for various HR processes. Luci has also held senior HR positions at Pharmapele, CAP Desenvolvimento Humano, IABAS, Grupo TCI, and IRH PE.
