Vikas Vaishnav

Vikas Vaishnav has diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Vikas started their career at Brevo Technologies in 2012 as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for managing the full recruitment process and ensuring client and employee satisfaction. In 2013, they joined ASK Staffing, Inc as a Client Services Team Lead, focusing on IT hiring and business professionals. During their time there, they consistently achieved a weekly net gross margin of $1500+ and made 12+ closures per year. In 2020, Vikas moved on to Ivy as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they handled high volume product recruiting for niche skills and mentored junior team members. Vikas also conducted regular status update calls with stakeholders and presented reports and dashboards. Currently, Vikas is working at Eventbrite as a Senior Talent Partner, specializing in hiring niche product and engineering teams. Vikas acts as a strategic advisor to the business, developing and implementing effective hiring strategies and processes. Vikas uses a data-driven approach, utilizing market maps and talent insights to suggest necessary pivots.

Vikas Vaishnav completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from JNTUH from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Sri Sathya Sudha High School from 1996 to 2006, where they completed their High School education.
