Soraya LaFontaine has been in the customer service industry since 2014. Soraya began their career at Apple as an Apple Care Phone Advisor, then moved on to become an iTunes Account and Billing and iOS Chat Apple Care Tech in 2015. In 2019, they held two roles, an Online Specialist at Dyson and an iOS Senior Chat Support Floorwalker at Kelly Services. In 2020, they were an iOS Chat Support Mentor at Kelly. Currently, they are a Chat Support Manager and Audience and Organizer Support at Eventive.

Soraya LaFontaine began their educational journey in 2011 when they attended Baker College of Clinton Township and obtained an Associate's Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. Soraya continued their studies at Full Sail University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia in 2016. In 2017, they returned to Full Sail University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management.
