Andrea Caldwell has had a varied and successful career in customer service and executive assistance. Andrea began their career in 2003 as a Premier Banker at Wells Fargo, where they developed new business and consumer relationships with a focus on deposit and loan growth. Andrea then moved to Wahlbrink Enterprises in 2011, where they served as Executive Assistant to the CEO. In 2014, they joined Events.com, where they held various roles, including Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In their roles, they were responsible for onboarding, increasing product adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction, and developing and nurturing customers for advocacy. Andrea also handled and processed confidential and sensitive company data with the highest integrity.
