Patrick Landers is an experienced professional in facilities operations and electrical management, currently serving as the Director of Facilities Operations at Events DC since July 2019. In this role, Patrick oversees facilities programs across multiple campuses and venues, including the DC Armory and RFK Campus, managing budgets exceeding $1,000,000 and implementing operational policies to ensure code compliance. Previously, as a Facilities Manager, Patrick led various projects involving A/V, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Building Automation systems. Earlier experience includes serving as an Electrical Foreman at JE Richards Electric from March 2010 to July 2019, where Patrick collaborated with architects and clients on large-scale lighting and life safety projects. Patrick holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrician from IBEW Local 26 JATC, completed in June 2011.
