Margarete Andrews

Margarete began her career at Everas in 1998 as a Direct Support Professional. She earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Yeshiva University and has worked in a variety of settings with both adults and children with disabilities. Margarete has held progressively responsible positions at Everas and currently leads our Residential Services team and professional staff, as well as our extensive training and quality assurance programs. The people we support and their success is at the core of Margarete’s focus. Her service plans set the tone for dignity and respect of the individuals we serve, and together with her team, she cultivates relationships that enable the best possible outcomes.
