Dylan Harris

Dylan Harris has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Dylan is currently working as a T2 Support Engineer at EverCharge since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Support Hero T2 at PartnerHero from 2019 to 2022, where they played a crucial role in launching the company's first Agri-Tech SaaS partner and increasing customer satisfaction from 85% to 97%. During their time at PartnerHero, they also gained expertise in escalation support, knowledge base management, project management, training editing/creation, database migration, agriculture knowledge, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, wiring, electric testing, and RMA processes.

Before joining PartnerHero, Dylan worked at DXC Technology in 2018 as a GM Tech, where they utilized a DOS database to provide support and service upgrades for B2B clients. Dylan also worked as a Senior Customer Service Advisor T2 at Teleperformance from 2015 to 2018, where they achieved the status of an Apple Genius with AppleCare support and consistently maintained high customer satisfaction scores.

Prior to their tech support roles, Dylan served as a Production Operator - Night Manager at Sandhills Broadcasting Group - WFJA & WWGP Radio from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they ensured the smooth running of live shows, including NCAA Basketball, Football, Nascar races, and Golf talk shows.

Dylan Harris attended Southern Lee High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2013. After completing their high school education, Dylan enrolled in Central Carolina Community College in 2013 and studied Information Technology until 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Dylan has also obtained several certifications.
