Lindsey Sobus

Lindsey Sobus has extensive work experience in the field of internal audit, risk management, and compliance. Lindsey currently holds the position of Director of Internal Audit at EverCommerce. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Vacasa, where they were responsible for various tasks such as developing audit plans, managing internal controls, and overseeing SOX compliance efforts. Before joining Vacasa, Lindsey worked at Angi as the Director of Internal Audit and IT Risk and Compliance Manager, where they played a key role in addressing technology risks, maintaining IT general control requirements, and managing IT compliance. Lindsey also gained experience as an IT Risk Services Consultant at BKD CPAs & Advisors, where they provided IT audit and assurance services to clients. Lindsey began their career at Angie's List as an Internal Auditor and Intern before moving on to Helmer Scientific as an Accounting Intern. Lindsey also has management experience from their time at Dairy Queen.

Lindsey Sobus holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Ball State University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Gatton College of Business at the University of Kentucky, specializing in Accounting, from 2011 to 2015. Lindsey also holds a certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, obtained in 2023.
