What you'll be doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, and work collaboratively to drive mutual business success.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales.
Conduct regular calls and meetings with brokers to understand their needs and provide support and guidance.
Provide product training, marketing resources, and sales enablement materials to brokers to help them sell more effectively.
Drive growth by attracting and onboarding new brokers.
Analyse broker performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, and share insights with partners.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of broker programs and initiatives.
Who we're looking for:
Utilities and account management experience is essential
Be hard working, growth focused and must be comfortable in challenging situations.
Organised, a clear communicator and have the ability to manage own workload.
