Monique Edwards

Monique Edwards, BS, is an experienced professional in youth program management with a strong background in education and employment services. Currently serving as the Director of Youth Programs at Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington since July 2013, Monique has successfully coordinated daily operations and supervised staff. Previous roles include Youth Program Supervisor with a focus on the Youth Aerospace Program and Case Manager, where Monique assessed student needs and provided advocacy. Monique also provided job placement services as an Employment Specialist at Seattle Goodwill. Prior experience includes Program Coordinator/Youth Career Advisor at Goodwill Southern California, managing WIA Youth Program staff, and Youth Leadership Supervisor at A Place Called Home. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
