Stephen J. has a diverse work experience in the field of Epic MyChart consulting. Stephen started their career at Sparrow Health System, working as an Epic Ambulatory Analyst and later as a Sr. IT Analyst. Stephen then transitioned to University of Utah Health, where they executed various MyChart initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and provider care. After that, they worked at UCSF Health, contributing to an Epic upgrade project. Stephen then joined SSM Health, where they played a crucial role in the Epic 2015-2019 upgrade project. Following that, they worked at Cleveland Clinic, where they were involved in the Knowledge Program to Epic transition. Stephen then worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, focusing on result release analysis and restructure. Most recently, they joined First Health of The Carolinas, providing support for the MyChart team and handling questionnaire build and rule assignment issues. Currently, Stephen J. is employed at Evergreen Healthcare Partners as an Epic MyChart Consultant.
Stephen J. attended Lansing Community College from 2012 to 2015, earning an Associate of Business (AB) degree with a focus on Computer Programming and Business Administration. Prior to that, they studied Computer and Information Sciences, General at Michigan State University from 2005 to 2007, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, Stephen has obtained several certifications related to Epic software, including EpicCare Link, Epic MyChart, Epic SmartForms Builder, EpicCare Ambulatory Order Transmittal Masters, EpicCare Speciality Specific Setup, and EpicCare Ambulatory.
