Lisa Maier

Lisa Maier has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa currently holds the position of Market Operations Director at Evergreen Nephrology since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Care Navigation and Senior Clinical Liaison. In these roles, Lisa led a team responsible for providing value-based care for dialysis and CKD patients across the US. Lisa also played a key role in securing the company's NCQA accreditation.

Before joining Fresenius Medical Care, Lisa worked at Fresenius Health Partners from 2015 to 2018 as the Renal Care Coordinator Program Manager. In this role, they oversaw operations and strategy for Renal Care Coordination programs along the East Coast. Additionally, they worked at Fresenius Medical Care/Nephrology Associates from 2012 to 2015 as a Renal Care Coordinator, where they focused on developing effective strategies and operating plans for dialysis and CKD patients.

Lisa Maier began their career at Bayhealth in 2004, where they worked in Acute Dialysis and critical care until 2012.

Lisa Maier attended Wesley College in Delaware, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In December 2006, they also received the CCRN certification from the AACN institution.
