Mufaddal Kheda, MD MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Mufaddal is the Chief Clinical Officer at Evergreen Nephrology since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Augusta University from 2012. Mufaddal also worked as a Medical Advisor at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG) starting from 2021.

Mufaddal Kheda was an On Deck Fellow at On Deck from 2021 to 2023. Mufaddal held the position of National Director of Kidney Care at ChenMed from 2020 to 2022.

Previously, they served as the Medical Director at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. from 2011 to 2021. Mufaddal was the Founder and CEO of Gurdye from 2017 to 2021.

Mufaddal Kheda, MD, MBA has an extensive education history. Mufaddal obtained their MBBS degree in Medicine from Trivandrum Medical College, which they attended from 1996 to 2002. Later, they pursued their medical education at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, completing an MD degree in Internal Medicine Residency Program from 2004 to 2007. Subsequently, Mufaddal continued their medical training at the same institution, specializing in Nephrology through a fellowship program from 2007 to 2009.

In 2015, Mufaddal embarked on a parallel path in business administration and enrolled in Auburn University Harbert College of Business, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Mufaddal successfully completed this degree in 2017.

To further enhance their expertise in emerging fields, Mufaddal sought education in Artificial Intelligence in Health Care. In 2020, they obtained a certification from MIT Sloan School of Management in this specialized area, demonstrating their commitment to staying current with advancements in the field.

Additionally, Mufaddal has obtained the Certified Physician Executive (CPE) certification from the American Association for Physician Leadership in March 2021, showcasing their dedication to professional development and leadership in the medical field.
