Sara Hagen

Sara Hagen is a Lead Counselor at Evergreen Treatment Services since June 2016. Previously, Sara worked as a Counselor at Royal Life Centers and as a Clinician at The Haven Detox Center. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of the Cumberlands, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from WGU Texas, and an Associate’s Degree in Human Services with a focus on Chemical Dependency Counseling from Tacoma Community College. Throughout their career, Sara has been involved in substance use disorder counseling, intake assessments, individual and group counseling sessions, case management, and coordinating client care with professionals outside of agencies.
