Crystal Bettinger

Crystal Bettinger is an experienced Reliability Engineer currently working at Mars since September 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal held several positions at Evergy, including Manager of Business Operations and Manager of Predictive Maintenance, beginning in July 2018. Crystal also served as Supervisor of Predictive Maintenance and Plant Support Engineer at Westar Energy from January 2014 to July 2018. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, completed between 2009 and 2013.
