Anastasia Okhendushko

Anastasia Okhendushko has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Anastasia is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Director at Everise since December 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Everise from August to November 2023. Before joining Everise, they worked as the Director of Recruitment Operations at IntouchCX from August 2022 to August 2023. From August 2019 to August 2022, they served as the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manager at Capgemini. Anastasia also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at TELUS International Central America from April 2015 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked in various roles at TELUS International Central America, including Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst and Trainer of Sales Department, Quality Assurance Analyst of Loyalty Department, Customer Service Representative of Loyalty Department, and Sales and Customer Service Representative. Anastasia also has prior experience as an HR Assistant at Tomskneftekhim LLC and as a Maintenance and Service representative at Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts. Anastasia began their career as a Quick Service Food & Beverage Host at Walt Disney World in 2008.

Anastasia Okhendushko obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ESI School of Management in 2015. Anastasia previously completed a degree in Personnel Management from National Research Tomsk State University, specifically in the Faculty of Psychology: Human Resources, from 2006 to 2011.
