Frank Bridges

Frank Bridges has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Frank began their career as a Nuclear Engineering Laboratory Technician in the US Navy from 1987 to 1993. Following that, they worked as a Business Analyst/System Administrator for UPS Expedite from 2001 to 2007, where they were responsible for implementing a new software solution and conducting process mapping. From 2007 to 2009, Frank worked as an IT Business Analyst/Application Administrator for Embarq, focusing on Identity Management. Since 2009, Frank has been with Intouch Solutions, initially as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, where they provided innovative direction for client projects in the digital media field. Frank then transitioned to the role of Technology Strategist - Relationship Marketing, where they helped clients leverage technology to improve their eCRM efforts. Currently, Frank holds the position of Senior Technology Strategist at Intouch Solutions, where they assist in providing technology options to support advertising initiatives across various digital applications.

Frank Bridges obtained an Associates of Arts degree in General Studies from Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Professional, and Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist, all of which were obtained in 2017.
