Tom Silk

Tom Silk is an experienced operating partner at The Riverside Company since September 2022, focusing on driving value creation through sales improvement, efficiency realization, and acquisitions while managing company performance and investor returns. In addition to this role, Tom serves as chairman for multiple portfolio companies, including EverSmith Brands, Head to Toe Brands, Luminii, and Threshold Brands. Previously, Tom was the chief executive officer of WorkStride, a tech-enabled services company, from 2013 to August 2022, where significant improvements in EBITDA margins and revenue growth were achieved during a transition period leading to a successful exit. Tom holds a BBA in Business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated from Bergen Catholic.
