Fabiola Plieseis

Fabiola Plieseis has worked in various roles in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry since 2010. Fabiola began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant, where they were responsible for training new staff and implementing sales strategies. In 2014, they joined Aerotek as a Recruiter CE. Fabiola then moved to Kforce Inc. in 2015, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter. In 2016, they joined WilsonHCG as a Recruitment Consultant, then moved up to Team Lead, Senior Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant. In 2017, they joined Atlassian as a Senior Recruiter and Design Recruiter. In 2020, they joined Bitpanda as a Talent Acquisition Lead, Engineering and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Most recently, they joined Eversports in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Fabiola Plieseis attended UC Santa Barbara from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English: Literature and the Mind. In 2008, they also attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied Brazilian Portuguese/Literature.
