Senior Manager - Customer Success at Everstage

Sarangan Venkatesan began their work experience in 2011 as a Corporate Relations intern for Anokha at Amrita University. In 2012, they also completed an internship at Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions. In 2014, they worked as a Junior Sales and Marketing Consultant at T.I.M.E. (Triumphant Institute of Management Education). From 2015 to 2021, they worked at AppViewX, starting as a Solutions Engineer and later transitioning to a Senior Solutions Engineer role. During their time at AppViewX, Sarangan conducted product demos, guided prospective customers through evaluations, and increased product visibility and customer outreach through technology partnerships. In 2021, they joined Zenoti as a Lead in Customer Success, and in 2023, they moved on to Everstage as a Senior Manager in Customer Success.

Sarangan Venkatesan completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Our Own English High School in Dubai from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Project Management: The Basics for Success" from Coursera in April 2020.
