Cassandra Seow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cassandra is currently working as a Customer Success Manager (APAC) at Everstream Analytics since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at EBSCO Information Services as a Customer Service Manager - Lead (Southeast Asia) from August 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining EBSCO, Cassandra held the position of Assistant Manager - Medical Library (Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine) at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from August 2018 to July 2019.

Cassandra also has extensive experience at EBSCO, where they worked as an Account Manager - Serial Subscriptions from November 2012 to July 2018.
