Bertha Rubio has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to present. Bertha began their career as a Freelancer/Self Employed Graphic Designer and Research in 2011. In the same year, they worked as a Marketing and Sales Executive for Matte, a Mexican furniture company. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Research and Consulting Projects Assistant at EGADE Business School, where they conducted full-time research in Organizational Culture in international businesses and Social Entrepreneurship. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Advertising Account Manager at The New York Times, where they managed digital and print advertising campaigns in the luxury and travel industry. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at EveryMundo, where they develop global digital marketing strategies for airlines and builds trusting relationships with key accounts. Bertha has also held roles at EveryMundo as a Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts, Customer Success Specialist, and Performance Marketing Analyst.
Bertha Rubio has an extensive education history. From 2006 to 2010, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design at Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2010, they also completed an Exchange Program at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona in the same field of study. From 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Master in Marketing from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a focus on Marketing Research and Communications. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they completed an Advanced Master in Strategy and International Business Administration at ESSEC Business School, with a focus on International Marketing and Strategic Innovation.
