Chris Nenno

Chris Nenno has a strong background in the legal field with experience in various roles and organizations. Chris currently serves as the Vice President, Legal at EVgo, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Clover Health as the Associate General Counsel, Securities and Deputy Corporate Secretary from September 2021 to August 2022, and as the Securities Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary from March 2021 to September 2021. Before joining Clover Health, Chris was a Senior Counsel, Corporate Governance and Securities at Wells Fargo from September 2019 to March 2021. Chris also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells from February 2017 to September 2019, and as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2012 to January 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2011. Chris began their career as a Princeton Project 55 Fellow for Government Transformation at the Partnership for Public Service in 2008 and also served as a Parliamentary Assistant to Celia Barlow, MP at the House of Commons in 2007.

Chris Nenno attended Princeton University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Then, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Cornell Law School, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
