Priscilla Hamilton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs and Modern Language from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2006. Priscilla later pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy at the University of Southern California from 2009 to 2011. In 2023, they obtained a certification in "The Leadership Masterclass: Your Journey to Exceptional Impact" from USC Marshall Executive Education.
