Ben Bradshaw has a diverse range of work experience. Ben began their career as a National Team Member for USA Cycling, competing in world cup races in North America and Europe. Ben then worked as a Summer Intern at CE2 Capital Partners before becoming an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UC San Diego. During this time, they also served as a Weight Room Supervisor, managing staff and organizing meetings.
Bradshaw went on to work as a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where they focused on policy-related issues and helped economists prepare presentations. Ben then joined Teach For America as a Corps Member, teaching statistics to high school students and developing a case study-centered curriculum.
After that, Bradshaw worked as a Data Scientist at Guild Education, where they defined business success metrics, built a data infrastructure, and implemented analytical best practices. Ben then joined Evidation as a Junior Data Scientist and progressed to roles as a Senior Data Scientist, Lead Data Scientist, and eventually, Director of Consumer Analytics. In their current position, they lead a team, drives R&D innovation, improves consumer applications, and measures business performance.

Ben Bradshaw has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from UC San Diego, which they obtained in 2013. Additionally, they also have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Joint Mathematics/Economics from UC San Diego, which they completed in 2013. In 2015, Ben obtained a Colorado Teaching License from the Colorado Department of Education. In 2016, they obtained certifications in R Programming and The Data Scientist's Toolbox through Coursera Course Certificates.
