Monica Hadi

Monica Hadi has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare research and strategy. Monica has held various roles at different companies. In 2008, they started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Lancashire. Monica then joined the University of Oxford in 2009, where they worked as a Research Assistant and later pursued their PhD in Evidence Based Medicine and Health Outcomes. At the University of Oxford, Monica focused on researching patient experiences and outcomes, developing and validating patient experience measures for people with Long-Term Conditions (LTCs). In 2013, Monica joined pH Associates Ltd as an Associate Management Consultant, specializing in Real World Evidence and Market Access. Monica then moved on to become a Management Consultant at the same company. In 2015, they joined Mapi Group: Health Research & Commercialization as a Research Manager, focusing on patient-centered outcomes. Monica continued to grow in their career and eventually became a Senior Research Consultant at Mapi Group. Their most recent work experience is at Evidera, where they have held various roles such as Research Scientist and Director EU. Currently, Monica holds the position of Senior Director Commercial Strategy at Evidera.

Monica Hadi pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2004, they attended the University of Central Lancashire and completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology in 2007. Following this, in 2008, they enrolled at UCL, where they achieved a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Health Psychology in 2009. Lastly, Monica Hadi opted for the University of Oxford, where they pursued a PhD (DPhil) in Evidence Based Medicine and Health Outcomes from 2010 to 2013.
