Scott Baldwin

Scott Baldwin has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as an Organizer for DevOpsDays Austin in 2012. Scott then moved on to work for Ancestry.com in 2010 as a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach, followed by a position as a Technology Consultant for Premier Fitness Camp in 2012. In 2013, they joined WellMatch as a Software Engineer, Culture Champion, Agile Coach, and DevOps Leader. In 2016, they returned to Oracle as a Software Engineer, and then moved up to a Technical Program Manager in 2017. In 2020, they became the Director of Development for Airbrake.io, followed by a Senior Software Engineering Manager role at LogicMonitor in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of VP of Product Engineering at Evo Security.

Scott Baldwin attended Neumont College of Computer Science from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Software Development (Computer Science). Scott also attended Brigham Young University - Idaho.
