Paula Henry

Senior Project Manager at EvoEndo

Paula Henry is currently the Senior Project Manager at EvoEndo. Prior to this, they served as the Member Development Manager at Employers Council from December 2014 to March 2019. In this role, Paula represented the Council in the community and worked to grow Colorado membership while also supporting members and creating internal initiatives, programs, and tools.

Before Employers Council, Paula was with Mile High United Way from January 2006 to December 2007 as the Asset & Volunteer Coach for their Bridging the Gap initiative serving youth in and exiting foster care. From January 2005 to December 2006, Paula was the Director of Operations for The Fuel Team, providing strategic operations expertise for the start-up organization. Paula has also worked as a Personal Stylist with J. Hilburn Men's Clothier from August 2013 to September 2019 and as a Chief Catalyst with PH Balanced Collective.

From January 2007 to December 2010, Paula served as the Director of Volunteer Engagement for Metro Volunteers (now Spark the Change Colorado). In this role, they managed operations for the organization and was responsible for resource development and volunteer management. Prior to their work with nonprofits, Paula was with Fidelity Information Services from January 2000 to December 2004 as their Resource Manager.

Paula Henry has a Corporate Social Responsibility Certificate from the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Paula also has an MBA from Hood College and a BA in Economics & Business Management from North Carolina State University. Paula is certified by the GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) in Global Sustainable Tourism Certification and by the CU Leeds School of Business Executive Education Certification in Corporate Social Responsibility.
