Jessica Somers

As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Jessica is responsible for the development and execution of Evolent’s strategic growth investments, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Evolent, Jessica spent nearly a decade in investment banking and private equity, most recently at Moelis & Company. Jessica earned her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and holds a B.S. in commerce and a B.A. in asian studies from The University of Virginia.
