Lisa Donahue PT,MPT,NCS

Lisa Donahue is a highly experienced physical therapist with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Their most recent role was as the Director of Clinical Services at Evolution Devices, where they currently work. Prior to that, they worked as a Physical Therapist at the same company from July 2020 to October 2020. In 2019, Lisa worked as a PRN Physical Therapist at Santé Cares from June 2019 to August 2020, and as a Contractor at WebPT from June 2019 to November 2019. From 2016 to 2018, Lisa served as a Physical Therapist at Moss Rehab, a top 10 rehab center, where they conducted outpatient physical therapy, participated in research studies, and led multiple lectures on neurologic topics. Lisa also worked as a Physical Therapist at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network from December 2015 to July 2016. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program from August 2015 to May 2016, supervising and educating students on therapeutic exercise and documentation. Lisa's experience also includes working as a Physical Therapist at NeuroRestorative from October 2013 to May 2015, where they developed physical therapy programs, mentored staff, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to rehabilitate patients with acquired brain and spinal cord injuries. Prior to that, Lisa worked as a Physical Therapist at Cross Country Travel from January 2013 to September 2013. Lisa also has experience as a Physical Therapist at Brigham and Women's Hospital from April 2010 to January 2013, where they worked with various teams and taught classes on joint replacement and body mechanics. Lisa's earlier experience includes serving as a Resource Clinician at Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2009 to April 2010, specializing in stroke, Parkinson's Disease, and pulmonary therapy. Overall, Lisa Donahue has a comprehensive background in physical therapy, with a strong focus on neurologic care and a commitment to patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Lisa Donahue received their Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sport Science from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Masters of Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center and completed the degree between 2005 and 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Lisa has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became an ABPTS Certified Neurology Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. During the same year, they also acquired the Certified Brain Injury Specialist certification from the Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists. Most recently, in October 2020, Lisa obtained a certification in Good Clinical Practice for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Medical Devices from the CITI Program, a Division of BRANY.
