Hari Tadepalli is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in security architecture and product security. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Security at Evolv Technology since April 2022, Hari is responsible for leading security compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices while balancing security with product development agility. Previous roles include Director of Cloud Security Innovation at Humana, where technology leadership focused on modernizing infrastructure for risk and compliance, and Director of Data Security at BMO Harris Bank, specializing in strategic architecture and technical leadership for data security and cryptographic controls. Hari's career highlights include significant positions at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities spanned security architecture, performance optimization of cryptographic systems, and key management technology. With a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Delaware and a B.Tech/M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Hari combines academic excellence with a wealth of industry knowledge.
