Jon Rudoe

Jon Rudoe has a long and varied career in business. Jon is currently the Founder & CCO of Nous, a role they have held since 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Investor and Advisor/Consultant to various high-growth digital businesses, as well as an angel investor. In 2020, they were a Founding Advisor for All Together. From 2018 to 2017, they were the Director of Evolve Beauty, a family-owned, artisanal skincare company. From 2017 to 2011, they were the Group Retail, Technology & Data Director and Digital & Technology Director of Shop Direct and Sainsbury's respectively. At Ocado, they were the Head of Retail & Customer (initially Head of Marketing/Trading) and Business Development from 2006 to 2002. Lastly, they were an Analyst/Associate at Smedvig Capital from 2002 to 2000, and an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2000 to 2002.

Jon Rudoe attended Haberdashers' Boys' School before going on to obtain an MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge. Jon then attended Harvard University for International Relations before completing their MBA at Harvard Business School in 2006.
