Conner McGann has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to present. Conner began their career as a Resident Assistant at Fort Lewis College from August 2012 to May 2014. Following this, they worked as a Vitamins/Supplements Assistant at Nature's Oasis from June 2014 to November 2015. Subsequently, they completed a Student Internship at La Plata Youth Services from December 2015 to April 2016. Conner then pursued an Internship at Walt Disney World from May 2016 to January 2017. Conner served as an Executive Personal Assistant at Max Fire Apparatus from January 2016 to August 2017. In 2017, they worked as Kitchen Staff at Social. From 2018 to present, they have been associated with Evolve, where they held various roles including Customer Experience Specialist, Customer Resolutions Specialist, Team Lead - Customer Experience | Resolutions, Claims and Disputes Team Lead, and currently as the Owner Success Team Lead.

Conner McGann earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Fort Lewis College in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a certification in the Disney College & International Program Internship from The Walt Disney Company.
