Jay Whiteley

Jay Whiteley has held various leadership roles in the hospitality industry, starting from their early career with Hilton as Front Office Manager and progressing to Assistant General Manager with Drury Hotels. With a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Denver, Jay transitioned to Booking.com as a Booking Home Partner Manager before joining Evolve in 2016. At Evolve, Jay has excelled in roles such as Vice President of Distribution, Director of Owner Experience, and Director of Performance Management, focusing on strategic partnerships, portfolio performance, and homeowner interactions. In their current position, Jay leads cross-functional projects with a focus on ROI results and works with distribution partners like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com to achieve rental goals for homeowners within the Evolve network.
