Mara Castro

Mara Castro is an experienced professional in customer experience and advisory roles, currently serving as an Advisor at Ruggable since March 2024. In addition, Mara holds the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Experience at Evolve since October 2020, where previous roles included Senior Vice President. Mara is also an Executive Council Member at Collaborative Gain since May 2021 and has been an Advisor at Twentyeight Health since August 2018. Mara's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Warby Parker from February 2010 to October 2020, where titles held included Sr Director and Director of Customer Experience.
