Matthew Stecker

Matthew Stecker is the CEO of Evolving Systems. Matthew has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Matthew started their career at MRV Communications where they were a director for three years. Matthew then moved to RealNetworks where they were the VP of Mobile Content North America for one year. After that, they became a Senior Policy Advisor at the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) for two years. In July 2018, they became the CEO of Evolving Systems and has been in that position for four years.

Matthew Stecker earned a BA in Computer Science and Political Science from Duke University. Matthew then went on to earn their JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
