Leena Lindroos currently serves as Team Leader for the 1st Line Support Team in Nordic Customer Care at Evondos Suomi, leading a customer support team of approximately 30 individuals for Finland and Sweden since June 2023. Previously, Lindroos was Team Leader for the 2nd Line Support Team at the same company, overseeing a six-member international internal customer support team. At Carglass® from October 2021 to June 2023, Lindroos led a 12-person Customer Experience Center team, managing recruitment, training, quality control, and various customer service operations. Lindroos's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Operator at Avaca Oy, providing versatile customer service and administrative support, and as a Receptionist at Sodexo, handling front desk operations. Academically, Lindroos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Musicology and Theology from Åbo Akademi University and is pursuing a specialization in nature photography at Axxell Utbildning.
