Matt Aldag

Matt Aldag has a strong background in the chemical industry, with extensive experience in the polyurethane additives and chemicals sector. From 2017 to present, they have been working at Evonik as the Vice President - Americas, where they are responsible for leading the polyurethane additives business in North and South America, managing a large customer base and overseeing sales and customer service teams. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they served as the Vice President Advanced Polyurethanes Product Line at Evonik, where they had responsibility for various markets and global marketing for the comfort and insulation business line. Before joining Evonik, they worked at Air Products for over 16 years, holding various managerial positions, including Americas Business Manager and Marketing Manager for the polyurethane chemicals division. Matt also has experience at Rock-Tred Corporation, where they held roles as General Manager and Plant Manager. Throughout their career, Matt Aldag has demonstrated strategic leadership, achieving growth targets and implementing cost-saving measures.

Matt Aldag completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1984 to 1989. Matt then went on to pursue an M.B.A. at the Wisconsin School of Business from 1990 to 1992.
